Returns & Exchanges

Our policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

How to start a return

Starting a return takes a couple of minutes:

• Sign in and open the order you'd like to return
• Select the items and a reason for the return
• Print the prepaid label (where available) and drop it off
• We'll email you as soon as your refund or exchange is processed

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start an exchange from your order and we'll reserve the new item where stock allows. If it's sold out, we'll issue a refund instead.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as pierced jewellery, underwear, and final-sale pieces) can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are always eligible — just get in touch through our contact page.
